Target: Track growth comprehensive development and timely vaccination
1. Physical growth assessment
- Weight, length, head circumference.
- Draw a growth chart every 2–3 months to see if your child is developing physically normally.
2. Neurodevelopmental assessment (mental and motor)
- Check developmental milestones by month: rolling over, crawling, sitting, pulling, smiling, communicating.
- Early detection of developmental delays.
3. General body examination
- Check eyes, ears, nose and throat, heart, lungs, abdomen, baby teeth, hip joints, genitals.

- Consultation on monitoring post-injection reactions.
6. Comprehensive consultation
- Weaning, weaning regimen, choking prevention, milk intake, sleep, fall/injury prevention... by age, micronutrient supplementation...
- Oral hygiene.
- Screening for postpartum depression in mothers
7. Tests & paraclinical if necessary
- Complete blood count to screen for anemia, abdominal ultrasound, and hepatitis B test if the mother has hepatitis B during pregnancy.
